The following serve 12 – 15 guests unless noted

Grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Platter
Eggplant, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Asparagus, Zucchinis, Marinated
Mushrooms and Roasted Peppers are marinated before grilling and then
served displayed with a Gourmet Olive Selection.

South Philly Antipasto:
Add Italian Meats, Cheeses and Artichokes to the Grilled Vegetable

Classic Fromage Tray
A selection of Imported and domestic Cheeses served with Fresh and
Dried Fruits, Carr’s Crackers and French Bread

Crudite of Vegetables
A presentation of Fresh Cut Vegetables served raw or slightly blanched.  
Canapé uses Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Trio of Peppers,
Green Beans, Snow Peas and Carrots. We also add any seasonal items
when available.  

Smoked Salmon Platter
Thinly Sliced and Garnished Scottish Smoked Salmon
(Whole Side) Served with Egg Whites, Egg Yolks, Capers, Minced Red
Onions and Toast Points and Sour Cream  

Seasonal Fruit Platter
Sweet ripened Honeydew, Cantaloupe, Pineapple, Strawberries and
Grapes arranged artfully on a platter and served with Raspberry Mint

Whole Quiche: $24.99 serves 6-8

Choose from a variety of Fillings that may include the following
Black Forest Ham and Swiss, Mushroom, Denver, Spinach and
Bacon or make one up.

Some quiches like Crab or Shrimp will be charged market price.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
Four pounds of perfectly cooked Jumbo Shrimp
Steamed in Old Bay and served with our very own Cocktail Sauce and
New Orleans Remoulade.
